TODD B. RINGLER

I help boards of owners, leadership teams, and future managers understand and grow the full value of their business.

My career began in the kitchen—literally. As a chef, I first learned the back of the house: operations, workflow, and precision under pressure. Then I mastered the front of the house: customer experience, management, and leadership. I went on to own and operate bars and restaurants, carrying full responsibility for performance, people, and profit. Driven to deepen my expertise, I returned to college in 1988, graduated in 1993, and earned a master’s in taxation and became a CPA. My professional career advanced to roles at Deloitte & Touche, Grant Thornton, and Ernst & Young, where I became a tax senior manager and a national instructor on corporate consolidated tax returns under Section 1502 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Working closely with valuation professionals on complex transactions, I developed a passion for helping businesses understand and grow their enterprise value. Today, as a CPA, Certified Valuation Analyst, author, educator, and board facilitator, I guide owners, leadership teams, and future managers to improve cash flow, boost profitability, and build lasting business value—all grounded in real-world experience and professional expertise.
