TAB Suffolk - Long Island Facilitator(s)

Each facilitator with The Alternative Board® (TAB) is an experienced business person who has successfully completed an extensive TAB facilitator training program and participates in ongoing training sessions. Most facilitators run or have run their own businesses giving them a unique perspective to share with the board members.

The TAB facilitator guides the group discussions without dominating the meetings and encourages all members to express their views while keeping the discussion on track. They also ensure problem solving ideas are generated and the meeting does not become a gripe session.

Andrea Feinberg is president of Coaching Insight LLC which identifies and leverages underused assets for small business clients. The key to her action-oriented business process is a simple yet powerful concept - how we respond to the realities and circumstances of our business has a fundamental impact on what those realities and circumstances are. Using this as a foundation, Andrea's clients explore, identify and maximize the untapped potential in their many underused assets - reputation, priorities, employee skills, values and relationships among them.

As a Wall Street executive, wholesale gift business owner, marketing consultant and coach, Andrea has 30 years experience helping clients articulate, achieve and exceed goals for business and personal lives. Clients have included Standard & Poor's Corp., Integ, Sandler Sales Institute, Cameron Advertising, The Marketing Resource Group, Provista Group, KMF Property Management, Act 1 Entertainment, and others.

Andrea is a certified facilitator for The Alternative Board, the Small Business Expert on LongIsland.com and vice chair, Brookhaven's Small Business Advisory Council.
